Is It Easy To Travel Around Korcula Island?

Due to its compact size, it is easy to travel around Korcula Island.  Korcula Island is about 43 kilometres long, with each town and village connected by quality roads. The towns are small and walkable, with various options for getting around, from buses to taxis to rental bikes.

While a car isn’t essential, it’s helpful and will give you more flexibility to explore remote areas and beaches. During the busy summer months, traffic and parking can be challenging, so we would recommend renting a car locally (just for the time you’ll need it) rather than bringing one to the island.
