How do I book a tour?
For a group tour, you can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour. For a private tour, please email us to check availability and pricing.
What are the minimum and maximum number of tour participants?
Minimum Number: While your party size can be as small as one person, our tours require a minimum of 4 total persons to run. So if you are a group of 1 person, 2 or 3 people, please still go ahead & book. If we are unable to meet the minimum, we will gladly rebook you for another date, refund your purchase, or charge an additional fee (with your agreement if you’d like to proceed with the booking).
Maximum Number: Our maximum group tour size is 9 people.
What is the payment & refund policy?
Group Tours: Full payment is required when booking. Should you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for any cancellations received at least 48 hours before the tour date.
Private Tours: Full payment is due upon mutual confirmation of the tour. Should you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for any cancellations received at least 7 days before the tour date.
You can see full details on our Terms & Conditions page
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates. Our group sizes are intentionally small, which means tours often fill up several days in advance, especially in June and September.
If you’re already on the island, it’s still worth checking availability, but advanced bookings give you the best chance of securing your preferred tour and date.
What happens after I book? Do I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email after booking a group tour. It includes all the important details: tour date and time, meeting point, what to bring, and your booking reference.
If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or get in touch, and we’ll resend it.
Can I do a private tour?
Yes, all tours can be made private (and some tweaks are possible). Private tours are available Monday to Saturday. Please email us to check availability and for private tour rates.
Which wineries do you visit?
We visit several wineries in Lumbarda, and alternate between them depending on the tour and winery availability. They are all excellent and offer wonderful wines. If you would like to know the exact winery/wineries we will visit on a tour, please email us.
Where does the tour start from, and where do we meet?
We will meet you at Plokata Square in Korcula Town, next to the circular metal monument. Google Map Link.
We provide exact details about the meeting location and a map on the Tour Confirmation (which you will receive upon booking).
Please ensure you arrive on time.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements or food allergies?
Please let us know upon booking if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies. We can usually accommodate all. Please keep in mind that the Croatian diet is fairly meat and dairy-heavy so alternative options may be more limited.
Can children join the tours?
Children are welcome on our tours. However, we would recommend the Taste Tours for younger children. Due to the limited availability of children’s bikes and for safety reasons, we are unable to take children younger than 10 years old on bike tours.
Please email us if you have further questions about children joining a tour.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Thankfully, we don’t get too much rain during the summer! We don’t typically cancel non-bike tours – you may want to bring a raincoat or umbrella. Occasionally, we need to modify a bike tour. There is a microclimate on the island, so we only decide on the day of the tour whether to amend it due to the weather. We will contact you to discuss any changes.
Still have a question? Send us an email, and we’ll get back to you.
