Tour Description
Experience the flavours, stories, and personalities that make Korcula unforgettable on this intimate small-group food and wine experience.
Your adventure begins with a short trip, where your first host – one of the island’s most successful honey producers – welcomes you in for an intriguing look at the world of bees. You’ll taste several types of local honey and also sample his latest passion project: beautifully crafted artisanal gins made with island botanicals.
Next, we continue to the charming village of Lumbarda, home to Korcula’s most celebrated wine: Grk. At a family-run winery, you’ll enjoy generous tastings of Grk and other local wines, paired with a delicious spread of regional snacks.
After a short scenic walk past olive groves, we arrive at our final stop, the warm and welcoming home of Ivan and Ana. Here, you’ll try homemade olive oil, Croatian brandies, jams, sweet treats, dried figs, and more, all shared with genuine island hospitality. The experience ends with their well-loved palačinke (crepe-style pancakes) filled with home-made jams.
Filled with new flavours, warm memories, and a deeper connection to the island, we’ll transfer back to Korcula Town.

Take this tour! You will not regret it. We had an amazing time with Rachel. We learned a lot about local agriculture, had some nice drinks, and had more delicious bites of food than we can count. The highlight was the last stop at Ivan’s home, where you sample various homemade jams, his homemade wine, and he shares stories of his life as a merchant mariner. At the end of the tour we were full of good food, a bit tipsy, and a lot more cultured.

Minimum Number: While your party size can be as small as one person, our tours require a minimum of 4 total persons to run. So if you are a group of 1 person, 2 or 3 people, please still go ahead & book. If we are unable to meet the minimum, we will gladly rebook you to another date, refund your purchase or charge an additional cost (with your agreement if you’d like to go ahead with the booking).
Maximum Number: Our maximum group tour size is 9 people.
The walk between the 2nd and 3rd stop is a fairly easy approx. 10-15 minute walk. We advise you wear comfortable shoes to walk in.

Children are welcome on this tour. The child price (if they are not drinking alcohol) is €103 per child.
Please let us know upon booking if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies. We can usually accommodate all. Please keep in mind the Croatian diet is fairly meat/dairy heavy so alternative options may be more limited.
Yes, this tour can be made private. Private tours are available Monday to Saturday. Please email us to check availability and private tour rates.

Water is provided at the local producers, but not during the walk, so please bring water with you, especially in the peak summer.
If you plan to purchase wine or local products, bring a back pack to transport them between stops or back to Korcula Town.
Yes, you can buy wine at both wineries. Please note they do not accept card payments so ensure you have cash (Euro) with you if you plan to buy any wine.
