Wahoo, summer has certainly kicked in over the last couple of weeks and now into the beginning of May we are very glad to be enjoying lots of sunshine and lovely warm temperatures. Although we havn't taken to the sea for a swim yet we surely will in a matter of days. Most of the restaurants are now open and there is a healthy bustle of visitors enjoying Korcula.

For the season ahead we have decided to create an excursion, 'The Korcula Explorer Tour' in which either one or both of us will take you on a walk through a beautiful area of olive trees and vineyards with a stop at some wineries for a spot of wine tasting followed by a meal and a cocktail on the beach. This should be a great afternoon out for anyone visiting Korcula and we hope you will be interested in joining us.

We have some great discounts during May and June so if you are thinking of visiting Korcula over the next couple of months and have not booked accommodation yet, make sure you take advantage of these reduced prices. At this time of year Korcula accommodation is generally cheaper compared to the peak season, the temperatures are very favourable and the sea temperature is warm enough to swim. We both have sets of friends visiting next month for these reasons, (I'm sure they want to see us too!).
